Learning on the Climate-Smart Planning Platform

The Climate-Smart Planning Platform offers a range of support features that help countries and practitioners apply tools and develop climate-resilient and low-carbon development plans, policies, and investments that meet local needs.

It gives you access to technical support in the form of detailed courses, e-learning programs, help-desk applications, multimedia training platforms, and other training material provided by partner organizations.

A key objective of the Climate-Smart Planning Platform is to build capacity within developing countries that will allow them to use the provided tools without external assistance. In this way it will help integrate climate-resilient and low-emissions development planning into their national, state, and local level economic decision making.

The platform is continually adding learning material that focuses on the needs of practitioners working in developing countries on low-emissions development and climate-resilient projects

The list of available learning initiatives will be continuously expanded and updated. The Climate-Smart Planning Platform strives to make these as accessible and usable as possible.

If you do not find the data that meets your specific needs, please let us know. We will try to help.
